Staffed Resident Home

Our 24/7 staffed resident homes provides a warm, safe, and home-like setting in welcoming neighborhoods. Each home is thoughtfully modified to meet the physical and emotional needs of its residents, ensuring safety, accessibility, and comfort.

Homes are licensed to serve up to three individuals
Professional, compassionate staff provide 24/7 support
Daily activities promote independence, personal growth, and well-being
Residents are encouraged to participate in community activities and household responsibilities in their own time

Our objective is to offer a support environment that promotes self-confidence, community participation, and life-long growth.

Enhanced Family Care

With our Enhanced Family Care program, SIYA chooses people who are compassionate home care providers who share their hearts and homes. This is a more personalized, family-focused alternative to traditional residential care.

Participants receive either Residential Services or Whole Life Services (Residential + Day Services)
Each program is created individually to the individual's goals, preferences, strengths, and needs
Dedicated to building independence and firm roots within their community
Providers are equipped with ongoing assistance and training in order to ensure quality and consistency of care

This flexible and personal model fosters stability and long-term relationships and allows individuals to live joyfully and purposefully.

Day Program Services

Our Day Program offers structured, meaningful days based on the individual's interests, goals, and support needs. Programs aim to foster community integration, skill building, and personal achievement.

Routines are explored and modified with the individual on a daily basis
These may include:
- Life skills and safety skills training
- Health and wellness habits
- Work skills and volunteer opportunities
- Work support and community trips
- Arts, recreation, and peer social activities
Staff provide gentle redirection, positive reinforcement, and verbal reminders throughout the day
Staffing ratios are designed to accommodate each person's individual needs

Our curriculum promotes independence, social interaction, and a lifetime of learning, allowing individuals to interact confidently in the community.

Nursing Services

At SIYA, we provide comprehensive nursing services in full compliance with He-M 1201 State Regulations. Our dedicated nurse trainers play a critical role in ensuring safe and effective health support for each individual we serve.

Medication Administration Certification: Our nurses provide thorough training to home care providers, DSP and certify them for the safe administration of medications.
Health Education & Oversight: Nurse trainers educate staff on each individual’s unique medical needs and conditions, ensuring they are well-informed and able to respond appropriately to health-related concerns.
Ongoing Monitoring: Routine quality assurance checks are conducted quarterly to monitor compliance with medication protocols and to address any emerging health issues proactively.
24/7 Emergency Support: We offer round-the-clock on-call nursing support to address urgent medical needs at any time, providing peace of mind to individuals, families, and staff alike.
